Ramón Lillo J.

President Loperin

With 15 years of experience in mining and as the Chairman of the board, Gabriel is the main developer of the trading of Commodities, such as copper, gold and oil derivatives, all of them as large-scale business.

Ramón has been active in the international banking and investmentment platforms since 2017.  He has a wide knowledge on how the financial world works.

His business experience and close studuy to the different markets of financing, make him the man for this job.

Francisco De la Fuente M. 

Vice President Loperin Trading

With 10 years of experience in mining and, he has a Master´s degree in Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship he Is also a Commercial Engineer from  La Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.  He has a specialization in “Technology Entrepreneurship Education Program” developed by UTFSM – Intel University of California, Berkeley.

Francisco is in charge of the commercialization projects of Commodities such as oil, minerals and metals. As Executive Vice President of Loperin Group he provides great solutions to the challenges we face.  He is also a Professor at different universities in Chile.


Manuel Palma A.


Director of Management and Logistics


With over 25 years of experience in the transport market.

Manuel is in charge of providing solutions in operations and logistics, calculating the exact timing to efficiently deliver to our customers.


His priority is that our clients have the absolute certainty and satisfaction that our products will arrive with their proper documents and at the stipulated time at destination.

Gustavo Aguirre T.

Chief Executive Officer Loperin Trading

With 23 years of experience in mining and 20 years in  the  commodities market,  in charge of certifying  and assuring  the quality of the different products.

Gustavo has a Masters degree in Mineral Management “from the Universidad Catholica de Chile, he is also a Civil Industrial Engineer” graduated from “La Universidad de Chile “.  He has a diploma in Development and project management, and another Diploma in mining production planification.

He is in charge of providing solutions and finding profitable businesses for our company.

Gabriela Arce.

In-House Legal Counsel, Loperin Trading

Gabriela is a seasoned in-house counsel at Loperin Trading, with a focus on multi-national transactions and complex legal contracts. She is instrumental in leading joint ventures and strategic alliances, ensuring that all legal aspects align with corporate goals and compliance standards.

A graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, Gabriela advises the company on financing commercial transactions, from the negotiation stage through execution and post-execution phases. She plays a key role in contract formation and provides strategic counsel on acquisitions, joint ventures, and business alliances.

Gabriela is barred in New York and Washington, D.C., bringing a robust understanding of corporate law to her role. Prior to joining Loperin, she gained extensive experience in Private Equity, where she represented the buy-side in middle-market transactions. She conducted thorough due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, prepared term sheets, and performed business model analyses. Her solid understanding of contract formation and financial management in multi-jurisdictional transactions makes her an adept negotiator.

During her time at law school, Gabriela concentrated on business law, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, entrepreneurship, corporations, commercial real estate, and investment banking. She also served as the note editor for the Northwestern Journal of Human Rights. Gabriela is fluent in Spanish and French and proficient in Arabic. She also advises the vice-president on multi-national transactions, investment opportunities, and the company’s expansion into new international markets.

Outside of her corporate role, Gabriela is committed to giving back to the community through pro-bono work, focusing on immigration law and supporting small businesses.
